Welcome to College Mentorship ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services and that they have read and agree to these Terms.
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our platform connects students with mentors for educational guidance. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution or specific results from using our Services.
Mentors on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of College Mentorship. We are not responsible for the advice, guidance, or actions of mentors.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content for the purposes of operating and providing our Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses above and that your User Content does not violate any third party rights or applicable laws.

Certain aspects of our Services may require payment. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
We use third-party payment processors to process payments. Your use of these payment services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless College Mentorship and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
